HOW IT GOES

From first call to first order.

01Call

We talk about your products, customers and how you ship today.

02Plan

We agree the platform, the pages and the quote.

03Build

We build the store and load your products for review.

04Launch

We test orders end to end, then go live and stay close for the first weeks.

PLATFORM CHOICE

WooCommerce or Shopify, said plainly.

We build on both. For most South African stores we suggest WooCommerce: you own it, there is no monthly platform fee and it fits local payment and courier services. Shopify is a good fit for some stores, and if it is right for you, we will say so.

GROWING THE STORE

A store needs visitors too.

Once the store is live we can run Google Ads, Google Shopping and search so people can find it.

FROM THE JOBS · WHAT DECIDES SALES

Three things that make a store sell, or not.

DELIVERYSurprise delivery costs lose sales

Costs that only show up at checkout are one of the most common reasons shoppers abandon a cart, here as anywhere. We show delivery pricing early and set free delivery thresholds that suit your margins.

PAYMENTSPay the way your customers pay

Cards are not enough on their own. Some shoppers want instant EFT through a gateway such as Ozow or Peach Payments, others want to split the cost with Payflex. We connect what your customers use, not every option that exists.

PHOTOSPictures do the selling

Three clear photos of a product do more than a long description. If your pictures are not good enough yet, we can arrange the photography as part of the job.

BE HONEST · IS A STORE RIGHT YET

A store is not always the first step.

A STORE MAKES SENSE WHEN

You are ready

  • You sell more than a handful of products
  • Customers want to pay online and not wait for a quote
  • You can pack and ship, or arrange collection, on a regular basis
  • You want to keep the customer list for yourself
A SIMPLER SITE MAY DO BETTER WHEN

Start lighter

  • You sell a few items and take orders on WhatsApp
  • Your prices change daily or every order is custom
  • You are testing whether people want the product
  • A catalogue with a WhatsApp order button covers it
QUESTIONS WE GET

Online stores, answered.

How much does an online store cost?

Online stores start from R15,000. The price depends on how many products you have, the payment and delivery options, and any custom features. We quote after a short call.

WooCommerce or Shopify?

WooCommerce suits most South African stores because you own it, it has no monthly platform fee and it works with local payment and courier options. Shopify can be the better choice for some stores, and we will say so if it is.

Can customers pay with their cards, EFT or buy now pay later?

Yes. We connect the payment options your customers use, including local gateways and buy now pay later services.

Can you load my products for me?

Yes. If you have your products in a spreadsheet or another store, we import them and check the result.

Who owns the store?

You do. The store, the domain and the customer list are yours.

Can you also bring in the traffic?

Yes, through Google Ads, Google Shopping, search and email. Many clients start with the store and add marketing once it is live.
